Yes. ZyLink has customers located all over the world.

How do I place an order?

There are 2 easy ways:

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and JCB), check or money order, check auto-draft, or wire transfer.  Checks, money orders, and wire transfers must be in US$, and must be for at least $100.   If you wish to pay by check for purchases of less than $100, then you must mail or fax a voided check and we will set you up for electronic withdrawal from your checking account.  Also, we must receive payment before activating your account.  If you send us a certified or cashiers check, or money order drawn on a U.S. or Canadian bank, we will activate your account the same day we receive the check.  Otherwise, there will be a slight delay (see the question below).

How long does it take to set up a new account?

After we have received your order and processed your payment, your account will generally be created within 24 hours, though usually the same day.  To avoid fraud, and to insure that the set-up meets the needs of the customer, we do not automate our set up.  Each order is reviewed by a live person. For those paying by check, we must be able to receive the funds from your check prior to activating your account.  We will cash checks immediately upon receipt, and will activate your web site within a few days.

Is it possible to host multiple domains on one account?

It is possible to park as many domain names as you want on your account.  All of these additional domains will point to your home page. What we do not support is the pointing of domains to subdirectories of the main account.  However, there are various scripts available that provide seamless redirection so that browsers can be redirected based on the domain name entered.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

If you contact us within 30 days of opening your account and choose to cancel, we will refund your  payment for hosting services.   Please note that the set-up fee (if applicable) is NOT included in this guarantee.  Depending on the circumstances, we might refund some of this fee.  But this is at our sole discretion.  If you included domain registration with your order, we cannot refund the domain registration fee.

Can I change from one plan to another?

Yes.  There is no problem in upgrading or downgrading an account to a different plan.  We will simply pro-rate the difference in charge for the remainder of your current term.  We won't charge any additional fee for this change.  However, you cannot downgrade after 30 days into a term.  You will have to wait until renewal. 

What kind of assistance and support does ZyLink provide?

We provide complete assistance to our customers in addressing problems or questions they might have regarding their web site.  We only ask that you read through our support site and do your best to solve any problems on your own before contacting us.  We do NOT provide assistance for basic HTML questions, programming or script debugging, or other web development issues.  We do, however, offer design or programming assistance for an additional charge.

How do I get customer service or support?

The most efficient way to contact us is to go to our contact page. This page has a form which can be filled out quickly and then sent to our support department.  You can also send a regular e-mail note to support@ZyLink.net.  Most inquiries are responded to the same day, or within 24 hours.  If you'd like, you can call us at 1-818-745-1084.  We are staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week.  But if you call us, we cannot guarantee that someone will always be immediately available to take the call.  You might have to leave a message.  That's why we suggest using our contact form or e-mail.

Do you offer design or programming assistance?

We can offer programming assistance for an additional charge. Contact sales for more information.

How do I cancel my service?

If we don't hear from you before the expiration date of your account, your credit card or checking account will be charged around the expiration date, and your service will continue for another term.  If you are paying by paper check or wire, we must receive the funds before renewal of the term or we will take that as a notice of cancellation.

Do you place any restrictions on use or content of web sites?

We do not allow our web servers to be used for ILLEGAL MATERIAL, UNSOLICITED MAILING (SPAM) or HATE SITES.  We also do not support web sites that use SPAM as a marketing tool, even if the SPAM is not sent through our system.

With regard to other content, ZyLink does not wish to censor or monitor the content of its clients' web sites.  While we do allow adult-oriented sites, we prefer not to host sites that have graphic sexual content (i.e. sites showing actual sex acts or live sex feeds).  If you feel that your site might fall under these restrictions, we suggest that you discuss it with us first to avoid any misunderstanding.

Sites that utilize tremendous systems resources may also be subject to shutdown if they drag down the performance of a shared server.  We have never shut down a site for this purpose, and our servers have sufficient memory for most web applications.  We only want to warn people that applications requiring large amounts of system resources are often better suited for dedicated servers.

We reserve the right to judge which sites fall under our restrictions, and we have the right to suspend service to any site that we determine to be in violation of our guidelines, or in violation of the law.
